“If you only knew the gift God has for you and who I am, you would ask me, and I would give you living water. . . The water I give takes away thirst altogether. It becomes a perpetual spring within, giving eternal life.” (John 4:10-14)
Living Water Community Church is a lively, diverse urban Mennonite
congregation in Rogers Park on Chicago’s north side. We worship
together on Sunday mornings at 6808 N. Ashland from 9:30-11:30 a.m., and gather for prayer & discipling in
cell groups throughout the week. A Wednesday evening potluck at 6:30 gives opportunity to fellowship with one another and welcome a growing number of children from our neighborhood who have found us! Most members live within walking distance of one another in this very
economically and racially diverse neighborhood, which enhances both
mission and community life. Founded in 1995 by a group of members of
Reba Place Church in Evanston, IL, the church is affiliated with the
Mennonite Church USA.
We are excited about the Living Water we’ve found, and invite you to join us!
